I used some sikaflex window (225 i think? there are two types one for windows and the other for joints) and installed the window, put a nice bead around the edge and as part of the window it comes with the clips.

Replaced drivers side quarter window - Ouch Nissan
Daniel has some spacers that i am going to try out but he has been a bit busy so haven't grabed them off him yet, some good news is that i have got the replacement side window which Nissan quoted me $720ea for and i paid $440 from Eugene (thanks mate).
I used some sikaflex window (225 i think? there are two types one for windows and the other for joints) and installed the window, put a nice bead around the edge and as part of the window it comes with the clips.
