Managed to finish off the ducting for the front bar and cut out a separate top piece to tie it all together and ensure air didn't escape.
Here you can see marking out the top section to see what size i needed to cut out and all the angles etc.
This is the front bar to intercooler and you can see how it is all sealed off now
Finished top plate, it actually goes under each around it so it doesn't need screws or rivets to hold in place as it's help simply in place by the fitment. Works really well
