Well it seems like time has taken its toll on the old girl and sitting around for so long is not good especially with E85 in the lines.
When dropping the car off it lost
coolant and the pipe on the back of the plenum had split, this was a pipe I had blocked off when changing the throttle body and usually runs coolant through it.
Last week we also found that the cooler had a leak, it was an old Hybrid one that was given to me when I was drifting as a bit of sponsorship so I needed to seek a replacement one from Hypertune. Unfortunately I got the mounting holes the wrong way around and so instead of one mount in the centre at the top and two mounts on the bottom it was the other way around.
This meant that the cooler mounts needed to be remade on the car, also the Hypertune one is slightly larger so so fiddling was needed.

So after getting the cooler made up it was sent up to DVS and didn't get there till the Thursday so most of the week was lost, on Friday further checks found a weld on pipe that has a hose one it to the plenum had a leak from a poor weld that I had done.
Up on the dyno and checking the fuel flow we found it was running out of fuel at just 220kw so we found that the Bosch 044 needed to be replaced as well as the fuel filter. The pump has been replaced with a DeatschWerks DW350iL pump.
When replaced the boost solinoid I had put the ground around the wrong way so needed to be switched over.
Next issue looks to be the Vtc solinoid which is engaging but not turning off as well as miss firing at higher rpm.
Checking these two out tomorrow
