Preparing for trackday

Found a few issues whilst preparing for the trackday on Monday, first was some of the suspension bolts were fairly loose.
First photo is prior and second photo is after tightening, this is on the drivers side

 On the passenger side the bolt had fallen out

Definitely need to do an alignment on the car as i can physically see the toe in and camber differences on the rear and front. 

I changed the oil which i found evidence of fine metal particles, the brake fluid i changed looked a bit worse for wear.
