Replaced the std wastegate spring with the upgraded one, really easy to change this over
Replaced the internal BOVcover with the Full Race One (included with the kit), fairly simple design
Rotated the housing as it had been set up for what looks like a top mount
Then had to put the wastegate spring back on
Poor design of the Borg Warner turbo i think as you cant run a full sized stud on here and i needed to turn it around. For all the work they have done with these it was really a surprise that this occoured and you can see how they have had to grind down the exhaust housing.
Swapped around Fitted up
All sorted and ready for trial fitting
sits very low and far back which is usrprising
I was a bit worried about clearence but it should be fine
it looks to sit lower and allow a better exit for the exhaust so see how it goes.
