I tested the cooling system today to see if it holds pressure.
First i checked the total system and it held 15psi no troubles at all.

Checking the radiator cap it would not hold
pressure at all, this explains the coolant all moving out into the overflow bottle.

There is some grit as well it looks like around the cap and i think this has come from the overflow bottle, as there is some there as well. I will need to do a complete flush of the coolant system and replace the radiator cap.
Hopefully this will solve the coolant issues i had from the track day.
