Fixing Exhaust

Dropped into Castle Hill Exhaust this afternoon to get the flanges modified on my current exhaust. They are the Japanese style and have bent over time meaning they don't seal properly and i constantly have issues with leaky gaskets.

Here are the flanges cut off

New flange on the front pipe tacked on

Ended up cutting both sides of this piece of the exhaust

Not too bad welding

Unfortunatly had to weld a small new section on which is not ideal as they didn't have the same size as well but will get me by until i eventually replace the full exhaust one day
