Car Primed and Preped

Guards, front and rear bar as well as side skirts have been preped and primed.
A fair few pin holes were found after baking it for a fair while but have now been filled and smoothed, the glass has been blocked back a few times so starting to look good although with just the primer on and being wet at the time i couldn't run my hand over it initial apperence is

looking good.

I have sourced some side indicatiors for the guards as you need them by law, i went with some Nismo smoked type and picked them up from Powerplay the other day.
Worked out where to place the number plate, didn't really think about this until i was asked but decided to put it in the centre of the bar and use double sided tape to put it on. The other options were to make a bracket and let it block some air flow to the cooler or put it off to the side like on an EVO.
The windows are all out and nothing was broken, as the rubbers are resonabally new we can reuse them without too much trouble which is good.

I have to do the inner guards after it comes back as i want to put some linings in there to stop the dirt and rocks getting up under the guards again (anyone why has taken there inner linings out will know what i mean). Need to get a number plate light for the rear which i think i have downstairs in the garage somewhere (but where that somewhere is i don't know).

Bonnet was heavly chipped but has been filled and smoothed and looks a million $, looking at getting the car window tinted again as the old tint is a little bit damaged in places so getting a quote on that.
I think i will also go with the Aussie Cosie stuff once the paint cures to protect it from stone chips as the car sees some country roads and obviously the track.

I have a couple of photos that i will get up soon

Matt
