Replaced the screws holding on the door panels tonight. Used m3 rivnuted with m3 16mm SS countersunk bolts with a countersunk SS washer.
Had some problems
installing the aluminium riv-nuts as they kept stripping the thread, worked out i had applied too much tension on them with the riv-nut gun so much better. Ordered some nickel ones just in case these don't work out.

Looks heaps better and holds better than the self tapping metal screws i had before.
Need to do the other door now.
