Rocker Cover Bolt Kit - Looks OK?

Was looking around and found these - $31 which is cheap considering what Nissan want for them.

    The nissan ones have a wide shank on them where it goes through the rocker cover. Maybe to stop leaking through the gap as well as properly centreing the rocker cover?
