Heli-Coil Thread - fixing rear sway bar mount

Drilling out the thread that was stuffed.
 Nice and cleanly drilled out
Tapping the new thread for the heli-coil.
I used some cutting oil and would turn it about 1/4 of a turn then go back a 1/4 of a turn to allow the metal material that was cut to be freed up and not cause issues with the thread.
Also tried to make sure i didn't snap the tap as you can feel it strain as you start cutting the thread
Here is the Heli-Coil on the insertion tool ready to go in
I put some lock tight on it as well just to be sure

You wind it all the way in till the thread just goes beneath the surface of the part, as you wind the heli-coil in it starts to get tighter and tighter i was worried i would break off the insertion tab on the back so just took my time with it
Removing the insertion tab on the back of the Heli-coil
