Oil Cooler Duct - Part Two

Here the duct is in position with the bar removed, i didn't like how it fitted against the cooler core so decided to further change the design and wrap some of the duct around the edge of the core as well as add in some mounting tabs that mount to the oil cooler core frame. The taped section below is setting up to glass over it.
Here you can see the first lot of glass on and dry with the mounting tabs on, i tried to cover up all of the tabs and then cut out the section needed to put the bolt through latter as it was too fiddly on the car to glass around. Paddle pop sticks with hot melt glue held the duct in place whilst i glassed it.

This one you can see the mounting tab and how i have made it long and go well down into the fiberglass mold. I probably went a little overboard as the duct is not that heavy but wanted to ensure it would not come loose, it is glued in then fiber glassed over the top making it stronger.
Here i have marked out sections i was not happy with and sanded back and re-glassed, it was much easier with the shape already formed to clean up and sections and ensure they were ok with the duct off the car.
